At Daybreak, we take a holistic approach in working with the clients in our care. In addition to our day treatment program, we offer individual and family therapy, group therapy, and psycho-educational groups, providing mental health counseling through our mental health counseling programs. We encourage all children and families to participate in therapy services while in the Daybreak program, as well as during the transition process back to the client’s school or childcare provider. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor is available on a daily basis to provide mental health counseling services as deemed necessary.

In most cases, we ask that all other individual and/or family therapy services be suspended throughout the duration of a child’s enrollment at Daybreak in order for us to ensure continuity of care between mental and behavioral health, and alternative academic services.
